They're ok if you're light weight and/or not very hard on your bikes (small jumps, smooth rider). Skyway Tuff Wheels are a little better than the 2 you mentioned. But....they can break if abused, and aren't as strong as a good set of spoked wheels. They don’t need to be trued.
