How light is a average BMX bike?

oh man, thats mighty light for bmx. unless your planning on spending 700 $ on a bike.
i put 500 $ in my hoffman scarab il 09 and its 26 lbs.
plenty light enough for me.
trust me its your style.
i had a 30 pound dk i could ride bettter then my friend 25 pound eastern.
its alot about just how you liek your bikes to feel.
personally my front end is a tad lighter then the back which is perfect for me.
a bike could be 23 pounds but if its back-heavy i wouldnt be able to ride good. mjparchem
