How did TopGear get to drive Motorbikes in Vietnam?

So how did they do it? Did Jezza, Hammond and May have to get themselves Vietnamese licenses?
NO! I agree, it was a brilliant episode. I want to do the same thing and ride from North to South Vietnam. I just dont know!
