I have a GT compe park bike right now and it’s really heavy and just not good for dirt riding, I want a good bike that is lighter but is still durable enough to handle everyday riding and dirt jumping and racing, What is a good brand (and preferably model or series) of bike that is good.

I have a 14 year old son, and i want to get him a BMX bike for his birthday. He doesn’t do that much tricks but he will go and do some a few times a month. I want to get him a good one but i don’t want to spend over $600, if you know some for $650 or $70 please lift them and i will consider them.

I recently started riding and all my friends who ride have done for quite a few years, so naturally theyre a lot better than i am.

The bmx bike originally came with 20 inch wheels but I’d like to replace the two wheels with bigger wheels.
Ok, I realize I can’t do it. So how do I make a custom 24″ cruiser from scratch? I know i need a 24″ fork, wheels, tires, but do I need a 24″ frame?

I was riding my bike today and I hit some glass and screwed up my bike. I don’t want to pay $150 to $300 dollars on a new bike.

I bought some 3 piece cranks that come only with Mid size bearings. My bike uses a standard American size bottom bracket. Do I need to get some cups that will allow me to press the bearings into my bottom bracket?
